Dr. Yanet Garcia-Brito is a board-certified nurse practitioner and Doctor of Nursing Practice with 24+ years of experience spanning clinical care and clinical research. After more than two decades serving the University of Miami, she founded BKB Medical/Research and First Choice Research Group to connect evidence-based medicine with everyday patient care. She chairs the Non-Invasive Medical Advisory Board, collaborating with national experts to translate the latest findings into safe, patient-centered protocols.
Her practice focuses on regenerative medicine (PRP for joints, hair and skin), aesthetic medicine (neurotoxins, dermal fillers, PDO threads, RF microneedling), primary care, hormone therapy (HRT pellets) and pain management. Clinically, she holds advanced certifications in critical care, hormone therapy and musculoskeletal interventions, complemented by a neurosurgery internship. Academically, she earned her BSN, MSN and DNP with honors from Chamberlain University (Chicago).
Dr. Garcia-Brito actively conducts multi-phase clinical trials across Florida in chronic disease, women’s health, geriatrics, pediatrics and telehealth innovation. Recognitions include awards from the American Diabetes Association and a nomination by the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality. Outside the clinic she enjoys family time, travel and continuous medical research—fueling her mission to deliver measurable outcomes for every patient in Kendall, Miami.
