Dr. Juan L. Brito Villalon is a board-certified physician with 27+ years of experience in family medicine, geriatrics and clinical research. A graduate of the University of Medical Sciences of Havana, he completed residency and a geriatric fellowship at Raul Gomez Garcia Hospital. After relocating to the U.S., he obtained ECFMG certification and a Family Medicine internship at Auxilio Mutuo Hospital (San Juan, PR). Licensed by the Florida Board of Medicine, Dr. Brito has cared for patients in academic hospitals (University of Miami Hospital, Select Specialty Hospital), outpatient clinics and private practice.
At BKB Medical Center he leads comprehensive primary care with an emphasis on prevention and chronic disease management, and he directs programs in pain management (ultrasound-guided PRP, joint injections, RF), and regenerative medicine. As a Principal Investigator at First Choice Research Group LLC, he oversees clinical trials with rigorous attention to regulatory compliance, data integrity and patient safety.
